Storm Chasers Custom Roofing Appointments provides lead generation services for roofing contractors, specifically targeting storm-damaged areas. Our services include personalized onboarding, exclusive territory rights, and guaranteed appointments.

2. Territory Exclusivity

When you purchase exclusive rights to a zip code or neighborhood, no other contractor using our service will receive appointments in that designated area during your active service period.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required via wire transfer only. Service begins once wire transfer payment is confirmed, typically within 1-2 business days. All payments are non-refundable once service has commenced.

4. Appointment Guarantee

We guarantee all scheduled appointments. If an appointment results in a no-show, we will either reschedule at no cost or provide a replacement qualified appointment.

5. Service Delivery

Appointments will be scheduled based on availability and territory selection. We aim to provide consistent, high-quality leads but cannot guarantee specific timing or volume.

6. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for maintaining professional standards, arriving punctually for appointments, communicating in a timely manner, and providing quality roofing services to homeowners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for business outcomes, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. There are no refunds as the work has commenced and is ongoing until the order is fulfilled. Territory exclusivity ends upon termination.
